Inclusion NWT is looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals to join our Respite Services team.

As a Respite Worker, you'll provide one-on-one support to children, youth, or adults with disabilities, allowing families to rest, recharge, and attend to daily responsibilities. Your support can make a meaningful difference in the lives of families who are currently waiting for services.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Wage: $28.86 per hour

  • Flexible part-time hours (based on family needs and your availability)

Requirements

  • A caring, patient, and reliable attitude

  • A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

  • Minimum $2 million liability vehicle insurance

  • Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check

  • Valid First Aid/CPR certification

  • Having experience working with individuals with disabilities is an asset.
